Where you interact with exhibitors, sponsors, or partners, including through QR code scans, lead capture systems, contest participation, or booth registrations, your personal data may be collected and used by those parties in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Any unsolicited personal data received by us will be deleted or disposed of within a reasonable timeframe.

These materials may be used by Atomic Events Global and its partners, sponsors, exhibitors, and media affiliates for marketing, promotional, advertising, publicity, archival, and commercial purposes across various media platforms, without further notice or compensation.
If you do not wish to be featured, you may inform our staff on site, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.
